Intelestream and Esker, a worldwide leader in cloud-based document process automation software, announced today that they will begin a partnership to offer unique, collaborative support for their customers.
Intelestream specializes in customer relationship management (CRM) implementations, creating plugins and integrations that cater specifically to customers’ needs. Through its partnership, the Chicago-based firm will integrate Esker’s advanced features in sales order processing technology with clients’ ERP systems.
“Our focus is partnering with our customers so they get the most from their CRM systems,” said Jason Green, managing partner at Intelestream.
“Teaming up with other leading technology companies gives our customers an edge. We can seamlessly sync their CRM system with other software they use, including what they use on the factory floor.”
The technology companies cemented their relationship by signing on their first joint client, Continental Datalabel (CDL).
“Our ultimate goal is to cut out hand-keyed errors on faxed and emailed orders,” said Pat Flynn, Director of Operations at CDL. “We don’t want our partners to have to take on the responsibility of manually entering orders online, but rather we aim to make those errors obsolete.”
Intelestream and CDL have a previous working relationship and will continue to improve documentation and distribution.
“For our situation, trying to coordinate EDI or similar methods of order acceptance is difficult with 2000+ distributor partners with their own unique systems and needs,” said Green. “Esker solves those issues with its machine learning and allows our customers to continue with business as usual.”
