Customer Success Representative

Position Overview:

As a member of the Customer Success team you’ll be an integral player in the success and growth of an interesting and dynamic software integration company. You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that our clients are receiving the best possible products and services to optimize their business. Customer Success Representatives at Intelestream need to come equipped with a diverse set of skills. Customer Success Representatives work within a team to ensure the retention and success of our customers by completing a range of duties that include aspects of Business Analysis, Project Management, Client Services and Technical Support.

  • Maintain regular contact with an interesting portfolio of clients
  • Overviewing license renewals to ensure no disruptions of service delivery
  • Proactively monitor the health of client accounts, reporting concerns and recording successes
  • Assist Account & Project Managers in managing client expectations of projects delivery
  • Routinely meet with software principals to discuss specific client status and needs
  • Feedback customer conversations, ideas, concerns to our product and development teams
  • Occasional training or demonstrating of products to support the sales team


  • 2 years experience working in an Account Manager, Customer Success or related role
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Native English and proven, professional writing and verbal communication
  • 1 year experience of using a CRM system
  • Further experience within the CRM or SAAS industry is an advantage
  • Experience in a fast-paced, virtual working environment is a plus
  • Motivated, goal oriented and persistent
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions and exercise good judgement
