Jason is our fearless leader and lead developer. He is part software engineer, part entrepreneur. Jason started his first company, an internet design firm, before he could legally vote. He later started AirLogic, an Internet Service Provider in the North West Chicago suburbs. He became deeply interested in Open Source CRM when he worked as an early employee SugarCRM, Inc., where in addition to his involvement in major CRM implementations, he also was responsible for the architecture of the application‘s workflow engine and enterprise reporting tool. Since 2007, Jason has been at the helm of Intelestream, a CRM consulting and product development firm based in Chicago.
Alex oversees Intelestream’s professional services office, concentrating on projects involving customizations, implementations, data migration, and software development. Prior to working at Intelestream, Alex was a Systems Analyst with JSSI in Chicago where he was responsible for administering the company’s multiple CRM systems. He successfully completed complex customizations, implementations, and data mining across multiple software platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, and Great Plains. As a graduate of the College of Business at Illinois State University and a former financial analyst, Alex also brings valuable business experience to the table. His combined skills in both IT and business administration are right in line with Intelestream’s mission to bridge the gap between technology and business for our clients. In his free time, Alex can be found running and biking along Lake Michigan. He recently ran the Chicago marathon and is currently training for a triathlon.
Ray spearheads the leadership and management of the team at Intelestream. He is an obsessive compulsive tech entrepreneur with an appetite for start-ups. He oversees Pre-sales Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Support. He loves working with techies and has a passion for helping companies leverage technology to grow their business. Prior to Intelestream, Ray managed Enterprise accounts in the Midwest Region for CDW, where he leveraged his entrepreneurial experience to consistently exceed sales goals as a top performer. Ray fostered his experience in the technology industry as a Business Partner of Airlogic, Inc., where he turned a small start-up venture into a leading internet service provider for commercial and residential customers throughout the Chicago suburbs. Ray earned a business degree from Northern Illinois University. When he’s not in the office, Ray can be found on the baseball diamond or Lake Michigan’s beach volleyball courts. In college, he was an All-Conference and All-Regional shortstop.
Ivica (pronounced “ee-veetza”, despite how Jason may say it), has been with Intelestream since 2016 as one the most senior PHP developers on the team. Prior to Intelestream, Ivica was a lead architect on Zurmo, an open source CRM company. Prior to Zurmo, Ivica worked as a LAMP developer for Fortune Software, Inc., a Senior PHP developer for Team Red Studio, and many more software engineering projects that have given him an unparalleled dedication to writing clean code. He is a crucial cog in the Intelestream wheel, a leader, and a role model to all. Ivica lives in Serbia, where he attended the Technical University of Novi Sad.
Ross has been a core member of the Intelestream team since 2009. A seasoned Project Manager with a years of consulting experience in the CRM industry Ross has lead countless system deployments across a range of industries including Healthcare, Insurance and Advertising. Prior to Intelestream Ross worked in London as a Server Analyst for QBE supporting systems and users across QBE’s European offices.
Ross’s other great loves are travel and sport things that lead him to move to South america where he continues to be based most of the year citing it to be a stark improvement on the British winter.
A senior UI/UX engineer with 10 years of experience. Amit loves the challenges in the creation process and and problem-solving involved in design and development for end-users. He works in the intersection of development and design and enjoy the conceptual work and wireframing, prototyping and eventually writing code.
Over the years, he has been a thought leader on the growth and optimization in the Insurance Industry. He served as an Underwriter for Aon as well as Director of Operations for State Farm Specialty Products. In these roles he has directed performance improvement, strategic decision analysis, new concept development, channel strategy, pricing and positioning, organizational design and new business launches. In particular, he has deep experience in leadership capacities within the Insurance, Real Estate and Manufacturing industries. Barry is a results-driven professional who utilizes his experience to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency. When not working, Barry can be found hiking and travelling with his family.
Pete Jenkins is an international speaker and trainer on gamification. In his role as a practice director, he leads a team providing strategic consultancy, advice and training on gamification. He is Chair of GamFed (International Gamification Confederation) which supports best practices in gamification, a researcher in Gamification for HR at CROME (Centre for Research on Management and Employment) and he is the University of Brighton’s Entrepreneur in Residence where he lectures on Gamification and Entrepreneurship.
Arshabh’s work spans the worlds of finance and engineering, with experience working at the world’s top financial institutions and engineering organizations. Most recently, he worked on structuring Asset-Backed Securities (focused on consumer loans, transportation, and receivables products) and cut his teeth trading Emerging Markets derivatives at UBS. He also leveraged his engineering background early in his career, with stints in Trading & Compliance Technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and in NASA’s Aerosciences and Mission Control teams in Houston. Arshabh graduated from the University of Michigan with a dual degree in Aerospace Engineering & Business, and enjoys staying ahead of trends in his industries of interest: finance, aerospace, energy, artificial (and natural) intelligence.
Kristy is a seasoned HR and Talent Acquisition pro who specializes in process optimization. She consults with growing companies to help them achieve their recruitment and retention goals through implementing innovative talent attraction and employment branding strategies. She coaches executives, corporate recruiters, and HR managers on the nuances of recruitment in order to set them on a path to crush their goals and scale efficiently. Kristy holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management, as well as an SPHR and SHRM-SCP certification. She loves connecting job-seekers with their ideal opportunities and helping companies fully realize their potential to retain top talent.
