Engaging with Intelestream Professional Services

Getting started with Intelestream Professional Services could not be easier. Our services are delivered in a variety of ways to provide maximum flexibility to our clients.

Time and Materials Contracts

In a time and materials engagement, clients are billed for hours actually required to perform the service at the negotiated hourly rate. Material costs such as specific tools, subscriptions, or other costs are passed on with no markup to the client.

Time and Materials Contracts constitute approximately 60% of all Intelestream Professional Services engagements.

Fixed Price Contracts

This type of contract is also known as a "Flat Price" or “Project Based Price” contract. The goal is to balance the price risks between the client and Intelestream. We are happy to provide Fixed Price Contracts to our clients and will work closely with you to manage the scope of the project.

It is important to note that the majority of projects will require some changes. The systems we work with are complex and understanding the software possibilities are often realized as the project progresses, this is normal.

Fixed Price Contracts constitute approximately 10% of all Intelestream Professional Services engagements.

Staff Augmentation / FTE Contracts

This is the most flexible type of Intelestream Professional Services engagement and is also known as a "Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Contract." The goal of this type of contract is to provide maximum flexibility on both price and tasked assignments. We provide our clients with a consultation providing an opportunity to inform us of the activities needed to complete the project. Based on the reduced rate structure we offer on these engagements, FTE contracts have a minimum 3-month contract requirement.

Staff Augmentation / FTE Contracts constitute approximately 30% of all Intelestream Professional Services engagements.
