This package is well suited for companies that wish to completely outsource the administration of their SugarCRM™ application. The package includes a dedicated part-time resource, which allows users to speak with the same engineer every time a request is made. Moderate to full code level customizations are supported as well as telephone access to the administrator as needed for all users. The package Includes:
