All intelecrm solutions are delivered as a hosted service. Your base instance is configured and running the same day you order (in most cases) . Then, Intelestream professional service will set up initial user accounts, complete a basic data migration from current client CRM or contact management system, provide basic field customization, and deliver a one hour training for users. This baseline installation can then become the launch pad for future system refinements.

Basic Data Migration

• Client must provide migration data in a single standard export in CSV format
• Package includes data imports into the following modules: Leads,Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities (Calls, Meetings, Tasks,Notes)

System Configuration

• Enable / Disable modules based on primary use cases
• Configure global system settings
• Configure administrative email settings
• Configure up to fifteen (15) user accounts and reporting hierarchy
• Configure up to five (5) access roles
• Configure up to twenty five (25) custom fields

User Training

• Deliver End User training session (2 hours of live remote training and 2 hours of prep/post training support)
• Deliver Admin training session (2 hours of live remote training and 2 hours of prep/post training support)
