Successful projects start with a thoughtful investigation of client business processes. As described in the methodology, this step of the Intelestream process is called the Discovery session. It is critical that the consultants understand the basic fundamentals that comprise client business functions and processes. Intelestream understands that software system design is (most likely) not our Client’s core business. The Business Process Workshop takes the guesswork out of the process. An Intelestream Professional Services Consultant will carefully guide Client Stakeholders through the Discovery Process step-by-step, documenting business flows in a narrative fashion, while creating system requirements that both developers and business stakeholders will understand. Intelestream will present requirements back to the client to ensure the level of understanding is sufficient. The final step in the Discovery process is to deliver recommendations for next steps and provide an estimate on total project costs.
