Connexus contacted Intelestream in order to enhance their CRM capabilities by switching from SalesForce.com to the SugarCRM platform. The company chose the SugarCRM platform for its low cost, easy-to-use interface, and ability to bring the database in-house. Connexus decided to hire Intelestream to assist with the deployment of the SugarCRM platform due to Intelestream’s unrivaled experience and over 25 years implementing the SugarCRM suite of products. Intelestream migrated module data from SalesForce.com into Sugar, including approximately 20,000 Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Activities, Notes, Historical Meetings, Calls, Tasks, Campaigns, Product Catalog Data, and Users. In addition, Intelestream created more than 130 custom fields and set up nearly 20 workflow email notifications for Connexus. In order to ensure a smooth transition to their new CRM tool, Connexus asked Intelestream to conduct thorough training with their users. The result is a team of SugarCRM users at Connexus who have adapted well to the application and feel comfortable with the transition from their previous system. Intelestream completed the entire implementation on schedule and according to project plan. Connexus will continue to work closely with Intelestream as the product is continually adapted to fit their changing needs.
