Basic Training I
This remotely delivered service is intended to assist you in learning the fundamentals of how to use and administer CRM technology • Instructor led online training session lasting up to two hours with a maximum of five participants • One hour of call-in support two weeks after training session

Extended Training
Our most thorough training program.
• Two separate instructor-led online training sessions lasting three hours with a maximum of five participants • One hour of call-in support two weeks after the last training session • You may chose to either have two basic training sessions or one basic training session followed by another session emphasizing customer specific questions or scenarios • Administration Jump Start Training • Learn how to administer a remotely delivered service • Two separate instructor-led online training sessions lasting two hours with a maximum of five participants • One hour of call-in support two weeks after the last training session • The first session covers the basic administration tasks; the second session covers more advanced tasks and specific customer administration scenarios.
